EXHIBIT B Legal Description The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33, Range 26, lying south of the Highway and EXCEPT the following: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33, Range 26, described as follows: Commencing at a point 643 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33, Range 26, thence East 593 feet to an iron pin, thence North 66.7 feet, more or less, to the South line of Highway No. 10, thence Northwesterly along said Highway right- of-way line a distance of 658.11 feet to an iron pin, thence South parallel with the West line of said Quarter, a distance of 356.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, according to the United States Survey thereof and situate in Sherburne County, Minnesota. Also EXCEPT that part of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying south of Highway 10 and easterly of the above described EXCEPTION. AND That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 31, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota described as lying south of the South line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highways No. 10 and 52, and lying east of a line described as: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence east along the South line thereof a distance of 643 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be hereby described; thence north at right angles to intersect with and terminate at said southerly line of the right-of- way of U.S. Highways No. 10 and 52.
