Call Meeting to Order 'NW& <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of <br /> Appeal and Equalization was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br /> 2. Board of Appeal and Equalization <br /> Greg Olso'n,'SherburneACounty Assessor;indicated` e purpose of the Board of <br /> Appeal and Equalization is to consider and review 2016 estimated market values and <br /> property classifications for taxes payable in 2017. <br /> Information was presented on the assessment procedures and statistics for the City <br /> of Elk River 2016 assessments. <br /> No one was present to appeal to the Board of Appeal and Equalization. Mr. Olson <br /> reviewed the following assessor recommendations: <br /> 1. 2015-3 I1-12 Borrower L.P. Parcel Identification Number 75-694-1206 <br /> Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen <br /> to adjust the value of parcel 75-694-1206 from $229,500 to $216,000 as <br /> recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 2. 2015-3 I1-12 Borrower L.P., Parcel Identification Number 75-474-0140 <br /> Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. <br />
