�- R\,BES <br />E <br />OFFIC, <br />This is a family fun run raising funds for Backing the Blue Line and the Officer Besser Memorial <br />Scholarship Fund. Backing the Blue Line is a locally founded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed <br />of police wives dedicated to the support of the law enforcement community in Minnesota. Officer Besser <br />loved the time he served as an officer and school liaison for the Elk River School District. He loved people .. oDDY <br />and especially enjoyed the students. He had a strong relationship with God and was always serving others <br />in the community and our country through his service in the Air Force. He brought a light, fun environment <br />wherever he went and was known for his saying - Good Morning Sunshine! We hope to honor him and his <br />service by assisting local area students in their furthering education with the scholarship fund. <br />i <br />
