That the duly ad- <br />opted Zoning Map of the City of Elk <br />River is hereby amended to rezone <br />Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Fox Haven <br />Commercial Addition, and as de- <br />scribed on attached Exhibit A to <br />Highway Business (C3). <br />SECTION 2. That the rezon- <br />ing approved by this Ordinance is <br />based on the following findings: <br />1. The rezoning is consistent <br />with the City of Elk River Land Use <br />Plan adopted as part of the City of <br />Elk River Comprehensive Plan. <br />2.
