Additionally, The Briggs Companies must submit to the city by September 28, 2015, the following: <br />• Complete Zone Change, Site Plan, and Land Use applications. <br />• Architectural drawings identifying changes necessary for a change of use to an apartment <br />building. <br />• Site Plan showing parking, circulation, and building locations. <br />• Grading/drainage plans and calculations are required for any new impervious surface areas. <br />The September 28, 2015, date is the last date for submission of complete applications to be <br />considered by the respective commission(s).
