PA YMA R <br />1. <br />DEVELOPMENT TEAM <br />Paxmar is a local owned and operated land development company primarily focused on <br />delivering finished single family lots to builders. For some 30 years now ownership has taken <br />raw ground, performed the land planning necessary with the community, graded the site, <br />installed all utilities, streets and curbs, and sold finished lots to builders. Our mission is to bring <br />livable, responsible, efficient neighborhoods to communities in Minnesota. We are Minnesota <br />based so all our revenue stays in Minnesota. Ownership and key staff have been together since <br />1996. Each project location is developed as a separate LLC, through the State of Minnesota <br />Secretary of State office. <br />Over 10,000 home site sales have been planned and developed in ways to provide a positive <br />home building and neighborhood experience for the customer. Request <br />Paxmar, LLC, is requesting the approval to slightly modify the existing PUD design and <br />reauthorize the preliminary plat of 3 parcels that are part of the River Park residential <br />neighborhood. Started by Lennar prior to 2003, these 3 parcels were released back to the <br />underlying land owners, the Miske Family at the height of the downturn in the overall <br />economy which dramatically affected the housing market.
