Due to timing issues and the need for further <br />information, the applicant has withdrawn their CUP application and has re-applied for a CUP. <br />In order to process the zone change request along with the new CUP application, the applicant has <br />waived their 60 -day rule for the zone change. <br />Staff has re -advertised the zone change with the CUP public notice. <br />Planning Commission meeting summary <br />The Planning Commissioned opened and closed the public hearing.
