As outlined in the approved application, the city will make a loan of <br /> $250,000 to Tescom Corporation, Inc to assist in the expansion of its Elk River <br /> operation. <br /> This grant is made from the federal Community Development Block Grant <br /> Program. A grant agreement is being prepared by Community Development Division <br /> staff.
