SCHEDULE B <br /> ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br /> and <br /> ASSESSOR'S CERTIFICATION <br /> By and among <br /> THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> and <br /> TESCOM CORPORATION, INC. <br /> and <br /> COUNTY ASSESSOR OF THE COUNTY OF SHERBURNE, MINNESOTA <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of the day of <br /> 1993, by and between the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE <br /> CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA (the "EDA") and TESCOM CORPORATION, <br /> INC. (the "Developer") . <br /> WITNESSETH, that <br /> WHEREAS, on or before the date hereof the EDA and Developer <br /> have entered into a Contract for Private Development (the <br /> "Development Contract") regarding certain real property located <br /> in the City of Elk River, Minnesota, legally described in <br /> Exhibit A hereto (the "Property") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is contemplated that pursuant to said Development <br /> Contract, the Developer will construct an approximately 30, 000 <br /> square foot industrial building upon the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA and Developer desire to establish a minimum <br /> market value for said land and the improvements to be constructed <br /> thereon pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469 .177, <br /> Subdivision 8; and <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA and the County Assessor for Sherburne <br /> County, Minnesota have reviewed the preliminary plans and <br /> specifications for the improvements which it is contemplated will <br /> be erected; <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE, the parties to this Agreement, in <br /> consideration of the promises, covenants and agreements made by <br /> B-1 <br />
