It is PROPOSED that DMR will provide CLIENT <br /> with all receipts concerning meals and lodging, while it's <br /> produciton crew is on location. In addition CLIENT will be billed <br /> $.25 per mile for DMR's production crew to travel to and from Elk <br /> River. <br /> 6. The preceding budget is only a proposal and is subject to change <br /> based on the needs of the CLIENT.
