You are an authorized <br />agent of the company. <br />• The property is currently occupied by one or more rental tenants; it is no longer being <br />operated as a hotel. <br />® The 2011 Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a hotel has expired since the <br />authorized use of the property (hotel) has ceased. <br />® There are a number of outstanding fire/life safety violations that have not been abated. <br />a The Briggs Companies -wishes to submit the appropriate applications to change the use from <br />a hotel to an apartment building. <br />As agreed upon by all of the parties at Wednesday's meeting, all outstanding fire/life safety <br />violations must be abated by noon on Friday, September 4, 2015.
