I encourage you <br />to formally submit an application to rezone the property to RA which allows apartment buildings as a <br />permitted use. <br />Please note that abandoning a use established by a Conditional Use (the hotel) will cause the Conditional <br />Use Permit to expire after 6 months. Our records reflect that the property stopped being a hotel on May <br />1, 2014.
