THE BRIGGS COMPANIES <br />We are requesting that the conditional use permit be honored to operate 17432 Zane Street NW Elk River as a hotel. <br />The building is currently operating as an extended stay hotel and will remain a hotel until the property can be rezoned to <br />work within the guidelines for high density to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive plan, The hours of operation <br />are Monday— Friday gam — 4pm and will be staffed during those hours. We will have 1-4 employees at the site. There is <br />no signage required for the site. There is no outside storage on the site. We are currently in contact with the MN <br />Department of Health to have the lodging license reinstated. The neighboring property to the least, owned by Sun Rae <br />Apartment, LLC., has agreed to sell or partner with Elk River Lodge to expand in the future to put up luxury market rate <br />apartments. <br />
