Open Forum -No one appeared for Open Forum. <br /> 6.1 Public Hearings -None <br /> 7.1 Annual Meeting Election of Officers and Establish Terms <br /> Moved by Commissioner Chuba and seconded by Commissioner Kuester to elect <br /> Larry Toth to serve as HRA Chair. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Burandt and seconded by Commissioner Kuester to elect <br /> Dennis Chuba to serve as HRA Vice Chair. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Discussion was given to the actual duties of HRA Secretary position. Ms. Othoudt stated <br /> she will research the bylaws to determine whether or not the position is still necessary,and if <br /> not,the bylaws could be amended. <br /> Motion by Vice Chair Toth and seconded by Commissioner Chuba to elect Michelle <br /> Eder to serve as HRA Secretary. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 7.2 Reading of Financial Condition <br /> Ms. Othoudt reviewed the HRA's financial condition. She noted that the 2016 HRA tax <br /> levy is .1512% of taxable market value. The unaudited cash reserves balance on December <br /> 31,205 was $1,173,921. <br /> 7.3 Annual Report <br /> Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report for this item. There were no comments or concerns <br /> expressed by the HRA. <br /> 7.4 Consideration of Staff Assignments from Strategic Plan <br /> Ms. Othoudt reviewed the staff report. The consensus of the HRA was to accept staff's <br /> recommendations as presented in the report. <br /> 7.5 Discussion of Bylaws and any Suggested Amendments <br /> Ms. Othoudt stated that no changes were proposed by the HRA for the current Bylaws. <br /> 7.6 CMHP Rehabilitation Program Update <br /> Colleen Eddy provided an update on the HRA Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program. She <br /> noted that the payments on the loans go right back into the HRA fund. <br />
