• NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.105, subd. 2, the Economic <br /> Development Authority for the City of Elk River (the EDA) will conduct a <br /> public hearing on Monday, June 6, 1994, at 5:45 p.m., to be held at the Elk <br /> River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to consider the proposed sale of 2.17 <br /> acres, more or less, to Alltool Manufacturing Company, Inc., 19188 Industrial <br /> Boulevard, Elk River, Minnesota. <br /> The 2.17 acre parcel is described as follows: <br /> That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 33, Range <br /> 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as Beginning at the <br /> Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1, of the duly recorded plat of ELK <br /> RIVER INDUSTRIAL PARK 2ND ADDITION, said Sherburne <br /> County; thence westerly along the Westerly extension of the South line <br /> of said Lot 4 to intersect a line 100.00 feet west of, as measured at <br /> right angles to, and parallel with, the West line of Lots 1 through 4 <br /> • inclusive, said Block 1; thence north along said parallel line to <br /> intersect the South line of the right-of-way of County State Aid <br /> Highway No. 1, also known as Elk Lake Road; thence easterly along <br /> said highway right-of-way to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block <br /> 1, thence south along said West line of Lots 1 through 4 inclusive to <br /> the Point of Beginning. <br /> This parcel will be conveyed to Alltool Manufacturing Company, Inc., by way <br /> of a Quit Claim Deed. The consideration for this Deed is less than $500. <br /> All persons desiring to appear at the public hearing will be afforded an <br /> opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposed sale of the <br /> above-described parcel.
