The area in question is <br /> located immediately west of the County fairgrounds and north of Country Crossings 2nd <br /> P.;"N'N(• Addition. It also includes a small portion of the Gagne property north of Sandpiper Estates. <br /> •It'C,ukA Based on a rough sketch prepared by the City, we have estimated the cost of sanitary sewer, <br /> water, storm drainage, and streets to serve the area. We have divided the estimate into two <br /> : No oti;: pieces, those being the cost to serve Joplin Street and the cost of all areas west of Joplin. <br /> Based on our analysis, we would estimate the cost as follows: <br /> or, <br /> A. Joplin Street <br /> '?ANSP::D :cN <br /> Since Joplin Street is a collector, the cost of street and storm drainage improvements <br /> would be based on a front footage assessment of $27.00 per foot, rather than the <br /> actual cost of construction. The estimated cost for sanitary sewer and water, <br /> including the City's typical 28% overhead, is $54,000. <br /> B.
