She <br />co -created and led the City's Transit Oriented Development Committee for <br />development around the Northstar Commuter Train Station and implemented the city's <br />Acquisition/Demolition loan program. She also led the city's first Business Retention <br />and Expansion program through the U of M Extension Service.
