14. OPTION FOR OTHER SPACE: The County and the Sherburne County Agricultural <br />Society may choose to alter the lease if an alternative becomes available. <br />15. SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS: If any provision of this Lease is determined to <br />be invalid or illegal, that invalidity or illegality shall in no way affect, impair, or <br />invalidate any other provision of this Lease. The remaining provisions shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the <br />parties. There are no binding agreements or representations between the parties <br />except as expressed in this Lease. The Sherburne County Agricultural Society <br />acknowledges that neither the County nor any of the County's agents has made any <br />representations or warranty as to the suitability of the premises for the conduct of the <br />Sherburne County Agricultural Society's business or the condition of any <br />improvements located thereon. <br />17.
