Planning Commission <br />■ Applicant stated the memo from the State Fire Marshal's office <br />from May 1, 2014, was fabricated and that the conversation never <br />took place. <br />■ Memos from Fire Marshal and Fire Inspector support state <br />■ Asked for support for a five year IUP allowing an extended stay <br />hotel <br />■ PC felt that may be a better approach, not sure about five years. <br />■ Unanimously recommended denial of both applications <br />
