ITEM 10. <br /> • CITY OF ELK RIYER <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> The Elk River Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, <br /> September 26, 1995, at 7 p.m., at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, to <br /> consider a request by I.S.D. #728 for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a <br /> maintenance facility (Case No. CU 95-24). <br /> The Elk River City Council will also conduct a public hearing concerning this matter <br /> Monday, October 2, 1995, at 7 p.m., at City Hall. <br /> Legal description of the subject property is: Lot 8, Block 1, Elk River Industrial <br /> Park, Sherburne County, MN. <br /> • All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing to express their <br /> questions and/or comments.
