Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br /> Development Authority was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Gongoll. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Commissioner Duitsman added the following item to the agenda. <br /> • 11.1. Sustainable City Showcase <br /> COMMISSIONER BENDER MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/12/96 EDA AGENDA AS <br /> AMENDED. COMMISSIONER SCHEEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. Consider EDA Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE EDA CONSENT AGENDA AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 4. JANUARY 8, 1996, EDA MINUTES -- APPROVED <br /> 6. EDA CHECK REGISTER -- APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 5. Open Mike <br /> No one appeared for this item. <br /> 7. Update on District 728 Maintenance Facility <br /> Executive Director Bill Rubin updated the EDA on the progress of the District 728 <br /> maintenance facility. He indicated that because the construction bids came in <br /> • higher than anticipated last fall, the facility would be built in phases.
