Sustainable City Showcase <br /> COMMISSIONER BENDER MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/12/96 EDA AGENDA AS <br /> AMENDED. COMMISSIONER SCHEEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. Consider EDA Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE EDA CONSENT AGENDA AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 4. JANUARY 8, 1996, EDA MINUTES -- APPROVED <br /> 6. Update on District 728 Maintenance Facility <br /> Executive Director Bill Rubin updated the EDA on the progress of the District 728 <br /> maintenance facility.
