The facility needs to have <br /> modern telecommunications capability. <br /> THE COMPANY: <br /> OOPS was incorporated in June 1997 to acquire a license for and to develop and market <br /> audio and video communications software and related products. The products will <br /> comply with international standards and will be simple and easy to use. <br /> • <br /> PRODUCT(S): <br /> OOPS has full function audio and video software products for sale. The products are <br /> used as follows: <br /> • Software is loaded from one diskette into a Pentium size, multi-media personal <br /> computer with Microsoft Windows 95 software installed in it. <br /> • A camera costing $200 and up is attached to a computer input jack for use in <br /> transmitting video. <br /> • A simple start command is entered and the software is loaded from one diskette. <br /> • Connection is made by the computer's modem to the Internet. <br /> • A menu appears on the computer monitor, Internet or E-mail addresses are entered <br /> and audio and video communication can take place. <br />
