To help expedite the process when you decide <br /> proceed forward with your project and file your plat and the apply for a <br /> building permit, I would like to outline items that will have to be addressed: <br /> ___,, <br /> 1. All comments of the City Engineer be addressed. <br /> 4. The railroad crossing be closed prior to issuing a building permit or the <br /> construction of 171st Avenue extension, which ever comes first. <br /> 5. A landscaping plan is needed for staff review and approval. The plan will <br /> have to meet the requirements of the landscape ordinance. The landscape <br /> plan should include additional evergreen trees planted on the east and <br /> west property lines, deciduous trees planted along 171st and in the <br /> parking lot islands and ornamental trees around the front of the building. . <br /> 6. The northeast edge of the recycled bituminous needs to be shown. <br /> 7.
