(March 30, 1998)-- SolarAttic, Inc. announced today that it has filed a Small Corporate Offering Registration Statement(SCOR Form U7)with the Minnesota Department Of Commerce's Securities Division for its direct public stock offering(DPO). The common stock offering is currently available, within Minnesota, only to accredited investors. However, with the SCOR filing, the Company hopes to also make its offering available to the general public. The filing was made because many Minnesotans expressed interest in the Company's public stock offering which has a 600 share or$3,000 minimum purchase requirement. • SolarAttic's direct public stock offering is already available to any investor in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
