(18) Relationship of the Parties. This Sublease does not and shall not create the <br /> 111 relationship of principal and agent, or of partnership, or of joint venture, or of any other <br /> association between Sublessor and Sublessee, the sole relationship between the parties hereto <br /> being strictly Sublessor and Sublessee. <br /> (19) Severability.
