Several expressed strong reservations about continuing with the company after <br /> • such a move. <br /> I'm sorry that we will not be proceeding further with you on this project. You did an <br /> outstanding job representing the City and the EDA. Through your determined effort <br /> many of the early obstacles were overcome. I have no doubts that the Elk River site will <br /> prove to be an excellent location for the right company. Unfortunately, at this early stage <br /> in our development, it is not the best location for MFG. <br /> I want to thank the EDA and its staff members, and particularly yourself, for all of your <br /> work on this project.
