APA Optics is recognized for <br /> innovation and holds many awards for technological advancements. <br /> After careful consideration of 17 prospective cities in four states, the City of <br /> Aberdeen, South Dakota was selected to be the new home of APA Optics. With <br /> the assistance of Pelstring Capital, APA Optics has completed an$8.5 million <br /> funding package with the City of Aberdeen and the State of South Dakota to <br /> support this new project. APA Optics will create 215 jobs in Aberdeen over the <br /> next five years. <br /> Vallon, Inc. <br /> IDVallon, Inc. is a software development company that focuses on providing <br /> content related products and services to the rapidly growing internet market. The <br /> Company had been privately funded but needed to consider an expansion in <br /> order to reach its full potential. Pelstring Capital convinced Vallon, Inc. to <br /> implement a four-state site search and consider expansion into an outstate <br /> community as part of its funding package. <br /> Pelstring Capital successfully negotiated a $1.7 million incentive package with <br /> the City of Aberdeen and the State of South Dakota. The company currently <br /> employs 22 employees consisting of management personnel, software <br /> development professionals and administrative staff.
