• Sherburne County Snowmobile Trail Permit THIS PERMIT, is granted this day of 2000, by City of Elk River, Economic Development Authority , (permitter) to the Sherburne County Snowmobile Trail Association, (permittee) to establish and maintain on the hereinafter described land a snowmobile route. The Permittee shall,at all times,have the right to enter upon said right-of-way for any purpose necessary to the performance of lawful powers and duties. 4. The Permitter shall have the right to close said right-of-way during an emergency with the approval of the Permittee. 5. This permit is for a 12 foot ✓, 18 foot_,30 foot_width over the route to be used. •
