Sherburne County Snowmobile Trail Permit THIS PERMIT, is granted this day of 2000,by City of Elk River EDA , (permitter) to the Sherburne County Snowmobile Trail Association, (permittee) to establish and maintain on the hereinafter described land a snowmobile route.
