Attached to this memo you will find a copy of the final <br /> . <br /> Performance/Assistance Agreements, which reflect the above-mentioned <br /> amendments. <br /> Also, you will find attached the final Purchase Agreement for each project <br /> site per the lot subdivision. Please note that the initial sale of the <br /> property is to River's Crossing, Inc. (Santwire). The change in buyer was <br /> made to allow for the tax exchange requirements of the Ripplingers and <br /> Norha. The agreement requires the eventual transfer of title to <br /> Ripplingers and Equity Management, Inc. following the completion of the <br /> buildings. The transfer of title requires the land value subsidy <br /> assistance be passed along to each party. <br /> Requested Action <br /> Since the subsidy assistance is to be provided by the EDA directly (via <br /> land sale and expenses), staff requests the EDA acknowledge the <br /> amendments to the Performance/Assistance Agreements with <br /> Ripplingers and Equity Management, Inc., specifically the amount of <br /> assistance and the project goals established. <br /> Staff also requests the EDA acknowledge the change in the buyer (River's <br /> Crossing, Inc.) of the EDA property as referenced above in this memo and <br /> • the attached Purchase Agreements. <br /> Attachments <br /> • Performance/Assistance Agreement- Ripplinger <br /> • Performance/Assistance Agreement - Equity Management, Inc. <br /> • Purchase Agreement- Ripplinger, South Lot <br /> • Purchase Agreement- Equity Management, North Lot <br /> • <br />
