Proposal Development <br /> • Develop proposal with following sections: <br /> • Site options and information <br /> o Facility Type: Warehouse/Distribution,Manufacturing, Research and <br /> Development <br /> o Land use regulations, zoning codes, building codes, land use plans <br /> • Infrastructure Utility Services <br /> o Access to advanced telecommunications systems with sufficient network <br /> capacity <br /> o Adequate solid and hazardous waste disposal facilities <br /> o Adequate water and sewer capacity <br /> o Reliable, quality electric service (dual source) <br /> o Competitive, stable electric power rates <br /> o Competitive, stable gas rates <br /> • Availability of Skilled Workers <br /> o #s, skilled and semi-skilled, administrative, professional, technical and <br /> management <br /> • Business Assistance <br /> o Sources for capital investment or operating funds <br /> o Need for export/international business assistance programs <br /> • o Need for technology transfer, production processes improvements and <br /> operations <br /> 3 <br />
