• <br /> RESOLUTION 02-01 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> CONCERNING THE ELK RIVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY'S DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROPOSALS <br /> WHEREAS, the proposals made by the Elk River Economic Development Authority to establish <br /> its Development Project No. 1 (the"Project")and adopt the Development Program <br /> for the Project to reflect public development and redevelopment costs and activities; <br /> all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 through 469.108, 469.001 <br /> through 469.047, and 469.124 through 469.134, respectively (collectively, the <br /> "Plans"), have submitted to the Elk River Planning Commission (the <br /> "Commission"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine the consistency of the Plans <br /> with the Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River Planning Commission that the <br /> Plans are consistent with the Elk River Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends <br /> approval of the Plans to the Elk River City Council. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of March, 2002. <br /> ' (62j � <br /> Mark Pederson <br /> Chair <br /> Attest: <br /> XVIU <br /> Recording Secretary <br /> S:\PLANNING\RESOLUTI\Res02-01Ciry Hall.doc <br />
