Significant numbers of <br /> '..,•\\ ‘0........- employed and non-working respondents have the skills to fill high- <br /> demand jobs. Likewise, there are other workers who have the skills <br /> needed to accommodate new businesses entering the community. <br /> Finally,while wages are an important part of a workers <br /> decision tocommit to an employer, commuting distance and time also <br /> w ,•Y play a role. Many workers are willing to commute long distances to <br /> 4''' i' ''''' <br /> v � � ' , work.
