<br />APPENDIX <br /> <br />WAGES <br /> <br /> <br /> 1/1/2016 <br />Start $41.22 <br />After one (1) year $42.12 <br />After three (3) years $42.83 <br /> <br />Pay steps shall increase based on the following: <br /> <br />July 1, 2016 – Up to 0.5% increase based on average of comparison group on July 1, 2016. <br />January 1, 2017 – 2.5% general wage increase. <br />July 1, 2017 – Up to 0.5% increase based on average of comparison group on July 1, 2017. <br />January 1, 2018 – 2.5% general wage increase. <br />July 1, 2018 – Up to 1% increase based on average of comparison group on July 1, 2018. <br /> <br />WAGE INCENTIVE PROGRAM <br /> <br />Regular full-time employees shall be eligible to participate in the Wage Incentive Program. Employees <br />who meet established guidelines of the program shall be eligible for the following: <br /> <br />After five (5) years – Up to 3% of employee’s base wage rate <br />After nine (9) years – Up to 4.5% of employee’s base wage rate <br />After thirteen (13) years – Up to 6% of employee’s base wage rate <br />After seventeen (17) years – Up to 7.5% of employee’s base wage rate <br /> <br /> <br />P.O.S.T.
