A Downtown Revitalization project update. No action was taken on a recommendation to <br />the City Council due to a necessary change to make the TIF District area contiguous. The <br />HRA will review the revised TIF Plan at its October meeting. <br /> <br />. Information update on the three properties for sale along Main Street. The HRA provided <br />staff direction on desired project size and uses for the area. <br /> <br />The next regular meeting of the HRA is October 4, 2004. <br />
