<br />RESOLUTION 04 . <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT OF 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />reconstructing the following streets (the Improvement); <br /> <br />S,h Street - <br />Norfolk Avenue - <br />Tipton Avenue - <br />Upland Avenue - <br />5th Street - <br />Quinn Avenue - <br />Rush Avenue - <br />Seymour Avenue - <br />Oxford Avenue - <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Norfolk Avenue to west end <br />1H 10 to 4'h Street <br />Main Street to Upland Avenue <br />Main Street to 1H 10 <br />Upland Avenue to west end <br />S'h Street to 1H 10 <br />S'h Street to 1H 10 <br />5th Street to 1H 10 <br />5th Street to 1H 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order to consider making <br />the improvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred to Howard R. Green Company, who is requested to provide to <br />the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 20th day of September, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
