There is one resident that has signed a purchase agreement and <br /> another resident is in discussions with their association on the possibility of an <br /> installation. <br /> • Worked with Economic Development Authority(EDA) on a tour of Elk River and the <br /> Data Center site with a prospective developer. The developer was very interested in the <br /> area south and west of the intersection of County Rd. 33 and Hwy 169. Also working <br /> with the EDA to respond to a request for information(RFI) for Project Pine. <br /> • Continue to work with Sherburne County Health and Human Services to promote the <br /> income eligible energy conservation kits. <br /> • Both residential and commercial rebate activity has been steady. <br /> • Working with a couple of larger commercial customers to educate them on how the <br /> equipment operation in their building can significantly impact their energy bills. They <br /> evaluate options to see if scheduling or production process can be modified to save <br /> demand or energy. <br /> • Working with vendors to research electric vehicle cars and charging stations as part of the <br /> Energy City initiative.
