Other items such as hardware and acrylic will be purchased through a <br /> variety of local and out-of-state venders. <br /> 4.5 Personnel Plan <br /> Mr. Buchta will resume duties he performed in his former business. This will consists of <br /> design, engineering and day-to-day operations. <br /> Mr. Michalek will perform duties of business development, customer relationships, and <br /> national sales account manager. <br /> Mr. Studee will be in charge of the procurement, manufacturing, shipping,and <br /> overseeing the accounting. <br /> All three principals live in Minnesota and recently established a S Corporation in this <br /> state. The company has completed the necessary registration with the State of Minnesota <br /> and with the IRS to enter full-scale operations.Staffing for the operation includes the <br /> three owners who will handle marketing, sales, procurement, design and day-to-day <br /> operations. <br /> IIIOne person will be hired on a part-time bases for administrative support. <br />
