Action Committee For Energy (ACE) <br /> The ACE committee consists of Elk River city leaders and members of the <br /> renewable and efficient energy industry. This committee is the overall • <br /> decision-making body for the project. ACE ultimately reports to the <br /> Minnesota Environmental Initiative board of directors and to the Elk River <br /> City Council. The following working groups report to ACE. <br /> XMarketing and Communications Committee <br /> .0"" This working group is responsible for reaching Minnesota renewable and <br /> j ' \, efficient energy companies with the goal of including them in Energy City <br /> efforts,and reaching residential,commercial and industry consumers with the <br /> / i ilibb...\ benefits of renewable and efficient energy products and services. <br /> r'/ Energy Use Committee <br /> The Energy Use Committee is the technical body of the Elk River Energy City <br /> kikkifile project. This working group is responsible for the technical integrity of the <br /> project and the Energy Use Profile. The Profile will map Elk River's energy <br /> use and identify areas of potential savings and improvement. <br /> A steering committee and <br /> Demonstration Committee <br /> four "working groups" The Demonstration Committee is developing the process for demonstration <br /> meet regularly projects.
