These techniques assure the safety of <br /> pedestrians and drivers while permitting pedestrian move- <br /> . <br /> ment and traffic flow in the construction area. The techniques " f ' <br /> include signage, potential lane changes, warning lights, <br /> striping, and other traffic control measures.
