They have developed a new logo, Web site, <br /> (www.opportunitycommunity.com), brochure, and direct mail campaign. <br /> The new industrial space is called the Cambridge Opportunity Industrial Park. It <br /> form <br /> was completed late last year and now is open "just in time for manufacturers to <br /> leverage the tax-free JOBZ benefits of locating in our community," according to <br /> • John Schlagel, president of the Cambridge Economic Development Authority. <br /> "With our proximity to the Twin Cities, great soils, looped water and redundant <br /> L.; <br /> underground electric service, we are in an ideal place to attract manufacturers <br /> to grow in our community." Owe <br /> Cambridge Economic Development Director Tom Willett says, "The city spent a ton <br /> taz <br /> lot of time over the past several years putting the pieces in place to enable us <br /> to attract major employers. It's great to be in a position to get out and sell the <br /> community, which has so much to offer. Opportunity Industrial Park now gives us a competitive location <br /> for industrial growth."
