LLC.housing agent. <br /> ■ Strategic price budgeting from all involved. <br /> The site proposed by M.S. LLC. for consideration as a workforce housing community is located <br /> at: <br /> 1870 Meadowvale.Road 1.7±acres <br /> 12669 Meadowvale Road 5.3±acres <br /> M.S.LLC. recognizes the property at 12669 Meadowvale Road and its current zoning. <br /> M.S.LLC. in its efforts to partner with Elk River and accomplish the goal of providing work <br /> force community dwellings requests the formal reassignment of the subject property from its <br /> Ask current industrial zoning. M.S. LLC. submits that the new use to R-4 would not come as a <br /> M IF financial hardship for the city of Elk River but would actually benefit and serve the community's <br /> great interest surrounding work force community development. <br /> Those who serve here at M.S.
