Division Manager's Update <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> 10. William H. Houlton Conservation Area Committee Update <br /> Commissioner Anderson shared update. Friends of the Mississippi will be attending <br /> the December meeting and will present a draft of the Management plan. Utilities to <br /> be moved underground,review of fishing plan based on state regulations,property <br /> rules and signage committee gave a report,review of removal of buildings and was <br /> approved by council. Looking for a student representative. <br /> II. Announcements <br /> Council member Wagner expressed appreciation for the partnership with the <br /> parks and recreation department in regards to running events in downtown Elk <br /> River. <br /> I 2.
