<br /> the Project Architect and Project Designer for a
<br /> joint-use building that included a 12,000 S.F. Parks and Recreation facility, a r
<br /> 8,000 S.F. library, a 5,000 S.F. Community Office and Technology Center.
<br /> The project is unique because it is the first joint-use facility with the
<br /> Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Department, Minneapolis Libraries, j
<br /> I Hennepin County and several neighborhood groups. Tim's project
<br /> responsibilities included programming, design of the building as well as
<br /> facilitation of the input process.
<br /> IHCM Architects worked in concert with the Hoisington Koegler Group Inc.
<br /> (HKGi) on the project. HKGi was responsible for the analysis of the park and
<br /> its surroundings, long range planning and the redesign of the park.
