City Council Goal Setting with Boards/Commissions <br />5.2, City Council Open Forum <br /> <br />Tbe tentative agenda for the November 8, 2004 worksession looks like the following: <br /> <br />5,1. City Council Open Forum <br />5.2, J oint Meeting with the EDA to Discuss City /EDA Owned Business Park and <br />Industrial Properties <br />5,3. City Administrator-City of Elk River Work Program <br />A. Discuss the three sections of the work plan: organizational management, <br />Council/ staff relations, and governance <br />B. Adoption of the work plan <br />C. Follow up on the three Brimeyer worksessions on the governance section of <br />the work plan <br />D. Adoption of the revised organizational structure for the city <br /> <br />The director of economic development has had a number of recent inquiries regarding the <br />city /EDA owned Business Park and industrial properties, A discussion of the issues related <br />to the development or selling of the city /EDA properties needs to take place so that staff <br />can respond appropriately to these inquiries. The purpose of a joint EDA and City Council <br />worksession is to reach a consensus on a city /EDA policy as it relates to the development or <br />selling of our publicly owned properties. <br /> <br />At the September 13, 2004 City Council meeting, the Mayor stated that she would like to <br />have the Brimeyer Work Program brought back to the City Council for discussion and <br />
