To the extent the building <br />code or fire code requirements conflict %vith the provisions of this Article, the more restrictive <br />provision shall goern. <br />Sec. 38-247. - Design and maintenance of premises. <br />(a) Floors, walls, and equipi-nctit in rnassage roorns, restroom, bathrooms, janitor's closets, <br />hallways, and reception areas used in connection therewith must be kept in a state of good <br />repair anti clean at all runes. Linens and other triatcrials shall be stored at least 12 Inches off the <br />Clean floor.
