Section 30-1294 titled <br />BdP . Business Park District (d) <br />. ondit~onal. Uses, of the. City of <br />Elk. RIver Code of . Ordinances <br />shall be amended read as follows: <br />SECTION 30-1294. BP Business <br />Park District <br />(d) Conditional uses. Condi- <br />tional. uses in the BP district are <br />as follows: <br />(1) . Conditional. uses allowed <br />when the underlying land use is <br />light industrial are. as follows: <br />a. Warehouse space exceeding- 50 <br />percent of the total building floor <br />area up to a maximumof.65 per- <br />cent. <br />b. Vocational, technical andtrad~ <br />schools. <br />c. Loading areas/overhead doo~ <br />when located irifrop.tyardsi\ .,..... <br />d; A'bbvegriiiinrlstoh'ige tanks:' ,- <br />e.Government buildings. and <br />facilities. <br />,r. All damaged vehicles stored on <br />the premises shall be stored withe <br />in an area which is screened by a 6 <br />(six) foot high 100% opaque fence <br />constructed. of factory finished <br />metal or vinyl material. <br />4. The building shall comply with <br />the material requirements of this <br />section1 and 30. % of any. building <br />face. and all overhead doors facing <br />any public street shall be con- <br />stnicted of glass material. <br />5. No sales or display of mer- <br />chandise outside the building. <br />6. The building shall be a mini- <br />mum of 15,000 square feet. <br />Section 2..
