He stated they would <br />like ownership of their driveway and are not comfortable with the city owning the ROW. <br />Mayor IQinzing closed the public hearing. <br />Councilmember Motin questioned what the hardship is to the owner. Mr. Houlton indicated <br />no hardship. <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ AND SECONDED BY <br />EASEMENTCOUNCILMEMBER FARBER TO DENY THE VACATION <br />REQUEST BY BILL HOULTON. He provided <br />an overview of the project and the Parks and Recreation Commission's recommendation. <br />Mayor IClinzing opened the public hearing.
