  <br />  <br />  Page 8  <br />Upon request by any police officer, any person employed in any licensed premises shall provide <br />identification, including his true legal name, correct address, and date of birth. <br />(Code 1982, § 704.08(14)) <br />Sec. 38-263. - Discrimination. <br />No therapeutic massage establishment or sauna shall discriminate between persons on any basis <br />prohibited by Minn. Stats. § 363.03, subd. 3. <br />(Code 1982, § 704.08(11)) <br />Sec. 38-264. - Alcoholic beverages or drugs. <br />No beer, liquor, narcotic drug, or controlled substances, as such terms are defined by state <br />statutes or by this Code, shall be permitted on licensed premises. <br />(Code 1982, § 704.08(4)) <br />Sec. 38-265. - Communicable diseases. <br />No person while afflicted with any disease in a communicable form or while a carrier of such <br />disease or while afflicted with boils, infected wounds, sores, or any acute respiratory infection, may <br />work as, or use the services of, a massage therapist. No persons known or suspected of being <br />afflicted with any such disease or condition shall be employed or permitted in a therapeutic massage <br />establishment. <br />(Code 1982, § 704.08(15)) <br />Sec. 38-266. - Employment or licensing of certain persons prohibited. <br />No applicant for a license under this article or any employee or proposed employee, including <br />massage therapists practicing therapeutic massage on the licensed premises, shall have been <br />convicted or pled guilty within the previous three years of a violation of this article, or of any law <br />prohibiting prostitution, pandering, keeping a disorderly house, criminal sexual conduct, any sex <br />crime under Minn. Stats. ch. 609, or a crime involving moral turpitude. <br />(Code 1982, § 704.08(9))
