of Councilmembpr Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ver Resolution IS- 79 A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication i Ordinance #1 5-_3k_ an Ordinance Adopting the 2016 Master Fee Sche i WHEREAS, on December 21, 2015 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 15-36 approving the 2016 Master Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City Code and to comply, with Minnesota Statutes 462,353, sub.4; and WHEREAS, the 2016 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial, 1'.nvironniental, 11anning, Development, Building, parks and Recreation, Ft e, Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and WHEREAS, a copy of the full, text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono parkway, during regular business hours — 8:00 a.m, to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, as follows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and suim-nary of Ordinance 15-36 and that Ordinance 15-36shall become effective January 1, 2016. The motion for adoration of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember 01 sen I and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz, Councilmeribers Olsen, Westgaard, Burandt auAjw*gner following against: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
